Incentive trip for a startup company

• Event’s visual identity and Communication mediums ;

• Accommodation : 24 single rooms & suites – Riad on exclusive basis ;
• Catering – Lunches and Dinners ;
• Team building activity at the stone desert of Agafay (Berber olympiads) ;
• Relaxation by the pool on the utlimate day before departure : Transfers, transportation & Logistics.

Context : On February 20th 2024 at 6PM, a client contacted us for an urgent request as she has been struggling to find accomodation at good prices for her client who has been awaiting her offer about Marrakech. Upon reception of the brief, we had a deadline of 48 hours to send an attractive proposal including accomodation otherwise the client were to consider another destination.
On February 22nd at 4.30PM, the client received our proposal including one accomodation option based on exclusivity as well as a land program with various options of activities and restaurants.
A deadline respected resulted in mainting Marrakech as a TOP OF MIND for the client’s 2024 incentive trip.

Confirmation date : The project got confirmed on March 01st after less than 2 weeks of finalizing the full program.
