Context : We received this last minute brief by an official representative in Mid-february requesting hotel options that could respect officials’ security & safety protocoles. Giving how close the event dates were, three 5-star hotels were suggested, a site-inspection was held at the beginning of March and a confirmation was received 8 days afterwards.

Confirmation date : The project got confirmed on March 09th.
