Context : We received this last minute request on Friday April 04th 2024 with request for response of an initial proposal no later that Tuesday April 08th before midday.
The deadline was respected and proposal sent on time. In the afternoon of Tuesday, an informal call was held with the agency requesting certain specifications and details which were provided immediately.
We kept refining the program for 3 weeks before finalizing its shape accordingly to a tight meeting schedule.

Confirmation date : The project got confirmed on April 26th after 3 weeks.
